Before you get started

Does every worker buy the app?

No. The organisation pays for its plan and any additional billable seats. Team members use accounts linked to that organisation. Customer Portal users are not billable seats.

How do payments work?

Subscription & Billing contains the PayFast checkout flow. Live payments are still being prepared and verified; creating an account does not charge you. Your paid access is activated only after payment confirmation.

Can my team install the Android app now?

The Android app is currently in internal testing. Approved testers can install it from the testing link and sign in with their linked worker account. Public app-store availability is still pending.

Where can I manage or cancel my subscription?

The organisation owner manages the plan, billing email and renewal in Subscription & Billing. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period.
