Email fanqazee@gmail.com with the subject “TIRO360 data deletion request”.
1. How to request deletion
- 1Send the request from an email address you control
Email fanqazee@gmail.com and use the subject “TIRO360 data deletion request”.
- 2Tell us which TIRO360 interaction the request concerns
Include the details listed below. Do not email passwords, one-time PINs, identity-document copies, bank details, or access tokens unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
- 3Complete reasonable identity verification
We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that you are the data subject or are authorised to act for them. This protects information from fraudulent deletion.
- 4Receive the outcome
We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain what was deleted, restricted, retained, or referred to a participating organisation.
2. Details to include
If you are an organisation workspace user, include:
- your full name and TIRO360 account email address;
- the organisation or workspace name; and
- whether you want specific records deleted or the entire account closed.
If your request concerns worker activity or a client service record, include:
- your full name;
- the account email address or contact detail associated with the record;
- the organisation you contacted;
- the approximate date and relevant job, shift or site reference, if known; and
- a short description of the information you want deleted.
3. Requests involving organisation-controlled data
A participating organisation generally controls the worker, customer and field-work information in its workspace. If your request concerns that information, TIRO360 may forward the request to the organisation, tell you how to contact it, or assist the organisation in carrying out the deletion. The organisation remains responsible for deciding whether a record must be deleted or lawfully retained.
4. What may be deleted
After a valid request, deletion may cover applicable:
- TIRO360 account and profile information;
- messages and service requests held in TIRO360;
- worker profiles, location records, attendance reports, shift assignments and job evidence, where deletion is permitted;
- uploaded files or attachments held in TIRO360; and
- other personal information that TIRO360 is no longer authorised to retain.
Signing out, disabling location access or uninstalling the Worker app does not delete server records or submit an account-deletion request. Use the email process above to request specific data deletion or account closure.
5. Information that may be retained
Some information may be retained or restricted instead of immediately deleted where necessary to:
- comply with a legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or court obligation;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- detect fraud, preserve security logs, or prevent abuse;
- complete a transaction or resolve an active dispute; or
- maintain protected backups until they are overwritten through the normal backup cycle.
Retained information will be limited, protected, and used only for the reason that requires retention. Where deletion is not legally available, we will explain the position unless law prevents us from doing so.
6. Deletion from other services
A TIRO360 deletion request applies to personal information held by or for TIRO360. Your employer, a client organisation or another independent service may hold separate copies under its own legal responsibilities. You may need to submit a separate request to that organisation.
7. Access or correction instead of deletion
You may ask to access or correct your personal information instead of deleting it. You may also object to direct marketing or withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. Send any of these requests to fanqazee@gmail.com.
More detail is available in the Privacy Policy.
